On 8th April 2026, the Kenya Animal Genetic Resources Centre (KAGRC) signed its Performance Contract (PC) in a ceremony led by the Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development, Hon. Mutahi Kagwe. The signing ceremony was witnessed by KAGRC Board Chair, Dr. Nuh Nassir, Board Member, Mr. George Oballa, and Managing Director, Dr. Benadatte Misoi, demonstrating strong leadership and governance in advancing the Centre’s mandate. The Performance Contract signing marked a significant milestone for the Centre, reaffirming its commitment to accountability, operational efficiency, and results-based service delivery.
